Our Story
TSI SE is a Veteran owned, Woman owned, Native American owned business. It is operated by the descendants of Commander Ernest E. Evans, a US Navy Destroyer Captain (USS Johnston) during WW2. He received the Congressional Medal of Honor posthumously.
Commander Evans’ charge directly into the face of a far superior enemy force, and the fierce fight he brought to that enemy force in the Battle of Leyte Gulf is still discussed today as one of the most courageous acts of bravery in the history of the US Navy. The Naval Surface Warfare Training building in Providence RI is named after him.
His descendants bring the same tenacity, never surrender attitude, work ethic, intelligence, and exemplary record of performance to the US Government through the operation of multiple defense contracts going back over twenty years, both as a prime and a subcontractor.

Our Past
In the past twenty years, the TSI SE staff has completed projects that have provided exemplary support to the US Government in various areas, including commodity supply, domestic and international logistics services, FEMA disaster relief bottled water supply and delivery, marine and other fuel deliveries for the US Navy and US Coast Guard (OCONUS and CONUS). Additionally, we have successfully primed and subcontracted providing maritime security operations for the US Navy Sealift Command (OCONUS and CONUS).
We have completed tasks providing systems design and integration for the Department of Homeland Security and the US Army Corps of Engineers and have extensive history with aircraft/missile/vehicle cable assembly and wiring harness distribution and manufacturing for DLA Aviation, US Army Missile Command, and the US Air Force.
TSI SE maintains a cost accounting system that was previously approved by DCAA audit and renewed several times since 1998.
